Building blocks

We recently sold some building blocks in a bucket, item number 1701073. The blocks are kept in a pouch inside the bucket. We’ve assessed that the string and the fastener on this pouch could be dangerous as the rope length and the removable closure may pose a choking hazard for small children.

If you purchased this product please dispose of the pouch and store the blocks directly in the bucket, or bring the product back to Tiger to receive a full refund.  

 

The product can be returned to any Tiger Stores without receipt.

Snow Globes

The fairy snow globes that were on sale in Tiger during February 2011 and the Christmas snow globes on sale in November 2011 are being recalled. This is because the glass breaks when the globes are dropped onto, or banged against, a hard surface. There is a risk that children playing with the snow globes may cut themselves on the shattered glass.

These snow globes can be returned at any Tiger store where you will also be able to get a full refund.

Suction Ball game

From May to October 2011 Tiger has sold certain ball games with suction cups. We now recall these games, because it has come to our attention that the suction cups on the ball are relatively easy to pull off. Children may feasibly lick the ball in order to moisten the cups to make them stick to the bat. If the suction cups come off the ball they present a potential choking hazard. 

The games can be returned to any Tiger store where you will also be able to get a full refund.
